TECHNICIAN SAV VISION (M/F/D)

In this varied and responsible position, your technical know-how is required to guarantee a support service for our equipment designed for the automatic visual inspection of pharmaceutical products.
You are based in our French entity (fully telecommuting, excluding periods of business travel).
Your role in our team Independently carrying out various technical analysis and customer support tasks.
installation assistance, machine repairs and maintenance, first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software faults.
Formalize feedback through cross-functional information with supervisor and plants.
Facilitate plant/customer communication to speed up the problem-solving process.
In-house commissioning and FAT/SAT acceptance of our machines in cooperation with the assembly department.
Installation and commissioning of our packaging lines through to qualification and final acceptance on the customer's site (IQ/OQ).
Training of customer personnel.
Your profile You are a good communicator and demonstrate confidence and competence in your dealings with our customers.
Thanks to your independent, analytical and solution-oriented way of working, you are happy to take on any challenge.
Professional training in a technical field, preferably in mechatronics, automation, image processing, electrical engineering or information electronics.
Professional experience as a maintenance and/or vision technician.
Ability to handle complex mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems.
A perfect command of French and a good knowledge of English are mandatory.
Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage, especially German.
Knowledge of PLCs (B&R control in particular) is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for service missions in France (60 to 70%) and occasionally in neighboring countries.
