What We are looking for  We are looking for a highly motivated TechOps Team Leader to lead a team of TechOps Analysts, ensuring the smooth operation of our platform and delivering exceptional technical support to our international operations.
What you will work on Lead and mentor a team of TechOps Specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence Oversee the incident management process, ensuring timely resolution of escalated incidents and proactive monitoring to maintain service availability Utilize your deep technical knowledge to support the team in troubleshooting complex issues, utilizing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Kibana), and Octopus Deploy Drive efficiency by refining IT operations procedures, enhancing incident management workflows, and building a comprehensive knowledge base Work closely with development teams to address application defects, manage deployments, and ensure seamless integration of new features into production environments Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies, encouraging the team to pursue certifications and training opportunities that align with business needs What you bring Bachelor's or Academy degree in Information Technology or related field At lease 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in production support environment Prior experience in iGaming industry will be considered an asset Strong background in IT operations, ideally within the iGaming industry, with expertise in incident management and ITIL best practices Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance optimization ITIL Foundation certification and Microsoft certifications are advantageous Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams Willingness to work rotating shifts, including day and night shifts, to ensure 24/7 coverage and support What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
