GOOD SPOKEN ENGLISH At least 5 years of QA experience in a commercial software product company A strategic view of software product quality Experience building manual and automated test plans Experience with test management systems that enable the team to organize, schedule, keep track of, and communicate test results Experience working in the project controls/management domain Knowledge of the software development lifecycle Experience working with agile development teams Experience working with configuration management and issue-tracking tools like Azure DevOps, Git, Jira, TFS, Experience developing QA strategy based on user input, product roadmap, product knowledge etc Good communication and problem-solving skills across disciplines like software development, product management, customer support, sales, etc Experience making difficult tradeoff decisions that typically arise in a fast-paced growing software company, e.
