TRUCK TRANSPORT MANAGER OVERSIZED CARGO

Truck Transport Manager Oversized Cargo - Your role will involve creating and implementing a national business development plan aligned with Skyfusions global and regional Road strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operations are of the highest quality and profitability, as well as for recruiting, managing, and motivating our team of Road Logistics specialists. Your duties will be carried out in accordance with Global Road Logistics policies, in close collaboration with national resources and other business units. Your Responsibilities Strategic Development: Determine and implement the national business strategy in alignment with global objectives. Customer Relations: Maintain strong personal relationships with key customers, seek out new major accounts, and oversee Field Sales activities. Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient and effective Road Logistics operations, including Pricing and Implementation, and continuously optimize them in line with regional and global guidelines. Your Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in a related field. 3+ years of experience in Road Logistics and management (FOR OVERSIZED CARGO). Experience on Road Logistics solution design, pricing and implementation (FOR OVERSIZED CARGO). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of financial and international Road Logistics markets (FOR OVERSIZED CARGO). Proficiency in spoken and written English.
