Responsibilities Job Purpose                                        This postoin is responsible for manufacturing of  fabricating, assembling, and welding components used in the oil and gas industry.
This position requires a skilled individual with a strong background in welding techniques, precision work, and adherence to safety protocols.
Roles & Responsibilities.

Allocating resource and work as per production schedule.
Review production schedule, plan and arrange necessary resources including tooling, machines, spares, consumables, spares, raw material and manpower.
Coordination with other required functions necessary to achieve production target.
Responsible for review and control of all process at various stages of Welding, Production, Assembly & Testing.
Review and reporting of production records \u Plan Vs Actual Preparing periodical training plan, ensuring execution of training plan and maintatin necessary records.
Prepare and implement necessary work instruction and procedures.
Prepare welder qualification plan and maintain welder continuity log Follow established Quality Assureance Plan which is applicable to production process Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

with min 6 Years of experience in relevant area / DME with min 5 years of experience in relevant area TIG / MIG / SMAW / FCAW Welding Knowledge Hands-on experience of welding for at least 3 years Must have knowledge of WPS, PQR, WPQ Qualification Must be able to read engineering drawings.
Must have knowledge of MS Office Tools \u Excel / Word Must have knowledge of WPS, PQR, WPQ Qualification Must be flexible and adaptable to adjust to the demands of the oil industry Preferred.
Senior welder with supervison experience Team handling experience Level-II NDE qualification
