-	Responsible to manage Procurement area of Phoenix EMEA and Brazil, managing the supplier and vendor contracts monitoring the performance of the new assets and if the assets performing properly.
-	Responsible to manage and evaluate the performance of the suppliers.
-	Support the Asset Management Team on the Asset Management Plan: maintain, rebuild or replace.
-	Perform statistics analysis to prepare information to support the decisions about the procurement processes
-	Define the business strategies in order to manage costs and quality based on finance analysis.
-	Responsible to prepare the Technical Specifications for new acquisitions in alignment with the Engineering team
-	Responsible for preparing Commercial Proposal for Phoenix proposals;
-	In charge to implement R&D and innovation initiatives;
-	Report to the board and all internal clients the performance of the area and the KPI´s of the projects under my portfolio;
-	Support the Commissioning phases of the Phoenix operations;
-	Project Manager in charge for Business Strategies and finance analysis considering the feasibility studies and project development
-	In charge for the technical specifications and Commercial Proposal of Phoenix new plants, considering the engineering development (concept, basic and detailed), CapEx development, evaluation and controlling and Planning management;
-	Responsible for all construction phase, commissioning and pre-operation of the projects in the pipeline;
-	In charge for the Due Diligence activities considering Asset Conditions;

-	Responsible for the Phoenix´s facilities implementation in CSP Steel plant in Ceará State in Brazil;
-	The main roles where :business strategies and finances analysis, technical specifications of the equipment and the facilities operational conditions and commercial Proposal;
-	In charge for the engineering development (Concept, basic and detailed) according the operational conditions of the client;
-	In charge for the CapEx preparation, evaluation and controlling during for the construction phase;
-	In charge for the Opex preparation for the operational phase, considering the total life cycle cost, including maintenance and sustaining costs.
-	In charger for the commercial relation with the client, attending its comments and presenting the Phoenix needs
-	Commercial relations with clients for new clients in Brazil

-	PMO methodology implementation creating all the projects procedures and policies of the company;
-	Support and controlling the pipe line of projects of the company, including the Life Cycle Cost, meaning project, operation and maintenance;
-	Asset Management Plan
-	In charge for the Risk Management program, including risk identifications;
-	In charge to perform the Project Maturity Assessment;
-	CapEx development;
-	In charge for the development of the Commissioning plan;

-	Responsible for the Planning and controlling of Carajás Railroad Project implementation (S11D);
-	Contracts Management;
-	US$ 1.2 Billion CapEx Management;
-	Supply Planning Management for the trails, gravels and dormant deliveries to 300km , to the end of 2017;
-	Responsible for the Executive Reports development, as well for the controlling KPIs applying VALE methodology;
-	Due Dilligence;
-	Change Orders Management and project “as built”.

-	Support and controlling on Fertilizers and Power Plan projects, applying CapEx, Planning and Risks knowledge;
-	Processing and Controlling Templates development and VALE Management Projects implementation;
-	Support to development FEL 3 deliverables;
-	Responsible for the AGIR execution (Management and Integrate Risks Analysis) to CapEx contingence evaluation;
-	Support to evaluation total costs projects and to define the final CapEx;
-	Support to development of Construction Strategy.
