•       Understanding their needs to address better their expectations.
•       Figuring out new HR solutions  or even based on market practices in order to build a solution
•       In charge of International Mobilization´s policies and politics in partnership with an american consulting company 
•       Presenting our solutions to C-Suit Level 

•	Responsible for all HR demands due to Rio de Janeiro´s offices related to recruiting, training and communication;
•	In charge of about 800 new employees´ recruitment process monthly.
•	Responsible for HR deliverables for more than 40,000 employees in Brazil, including payroll and benefits;
•	Managing more than 60 professionals at offices, hospitals and health centers;
•	Technical Leader and Benefits Portal managing for 43,000 employees nationally. 

•	In charge of whole HR Team delivering Culture Project to Leaders during Organizational Structure transition 
•	Led Performance Evaluation Project covering Leaders and professionals considering 9 Box Grid Matrix
•	Development the Career & Succession Plan.
•	In charge of Communication process for employees
•	Led strategy and operation of C&B and payroll for more than 2,400 corporate, factory, and retail ee´s.
•	Developed Incentive Programs for more than 6,000 Retail professionals

•	Improved the STI Program in Brazil and developed the program in Mexico.                                  
•	Responsible for preparing Latin America workforce analytics for possible Organizational Structure changes. 
•	Developed the strategy of compensation & benefits, training and performance process for Latin America.
•	Managed relationship with 2 different chemical unions.

•	Development of the scope of solutions aimed at leadership improvement, organizational culture, people management, training, motivation (engagement) and compensation;
•	Support and technical training to the sales force of the company in the demands that related to human capital solutions
