AGRO BUSINESS SERVICES ANALYST

EN This position is responsible for supporting the end-to-end operation for issuing policies and endorsements.

About the Role As a Business Services Analyst, we expect you to be an expert on the subject and understand the main concepts of Rural insurance (agricultural, livestock and rural damage), understand how to add value to the business chain.

Key Responsibilities.
Issuance of policies and endorsements; Lead the development and training of analysts; Management of standard operational processes and internal controls (compliance and regulatory); Deal with complex, non-standardized processes and triage priorities; Participation in small projects, meetings and development programs, representing Operations; Involvement with other business areas, supporting and analyzing processes, proposing improvements for the teams; Definition of requirements and participation in tests, to support systemic development.

-Technical Skills; -Office Package – Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook (Power BI would be a plus); -Knowledge about Rural Insurance; -Experiences with Brokers/Insurance Company; -Customer Service; -Intermediate English (Spanish will be an advantage); -Graduated or studying.
