Key Responsibilities   We are looking for a skilled AI Specialist to leverage the potential of AI to drive Körber’s sustainability initiative.

In this role, you will help enhance and automate ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) reporting processes, particularly in line with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) including EU Taxonomy, and contribute to improving ESG ratings and rankings (e.

Develop, program, test and implement AI-driven solutions Automate data flows and reporting processes Identify and integrate relevant ESG data sources Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor ESG performance Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Körber (e.
., sustainability team, IT, data owners); particularly close cooperation with the Head of Sustainability at Körber AG and the central sustainability team at the Hamburg headquarters   Your profile   Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or Sustainability Management with a focus on or proven skills in Data Science, Computer Science Experience with AI/ML technologies, ideally in a reporting or sustainability context Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.
.,Power BI) At least 2-3 years of professional experience Helpful is a good to deep understanding and knowledge of ESG frameworks and standards (e.
