Objectives/Purpose Work in align with Tech.
Ops Automation CoE Roadmap Identify develop Automation use cases within Tech.
Ops space Build uses cases around Gen AI, Agentic AI to create more value proposition and optimize operational burden Accountabilities Identifies automation opportunities, secures L2 SME and Takeda approvals, prepares implementation plans (including prerequisites, dependencies, and risk assessments) publishes to stakeholders, and guides developers in developing the BOTs Hands on experience on Co Pilot, ServiceNow ITOM, Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, SQL, Prompt Engineering Education, Behavioral Competences and Skills Degree, majoring in Computer Science/Information Systems, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience What Takeda Can Offer You  Takeda is certified as a Top Employer, not only in India, but also globally.
