API SUPPORT ANALYST

Responsibilities Continuous monitoring of commercial and technical metrics for technology partners and their clients.
Conduct detailed analysis of metrics, creating summary tables and charts, and formulating conclusive insights for areas requiring improvement.
Report identified issues to other teams (product, API support, pricing, etc.), ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with the commercial team to establish processes and provide strategic recommendations for improving the performance of top clients.
Develop new dashboards and refine existing ones, incorporating a comprehensive range of commercial and technical metrics to facilitate more informed decision-making.
\n Relevant experience.
3+ years in a business analysis or analytical role.
Experience working with the travel industry is a plus.
API.
Familiarity with API functionality and integration.
Tech-savvy.
Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Advanced Excel.
Proven experience with technical and business metrics analysis, such as Profana and Tableau, creating and refining metrics-driven dashboards, and other data analysis tools.
Analytical skills.
Capable of working with databases and good with numbers, as well as optimization skills.
