Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil! We are a Medical Device Company specializing in the manufacturing of top-quality medical products in Urology and Gastroenterology. As we embark on an exciting phase of expansion, we are thrilled to announce several career opportunities within our dynamic team.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated colleague to join our team of enthusiastic individuals and support our companies growth in the LATAM market. Maintain and update employee records and database. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and work closely with local and global stakeholders ensuring a smooth flow of information.
You will be responsible for:
Handling on-boarding and off-boarding. Prepare and maintain employment contracts. Accounting transactions including internal and external payments. Preparing monthly and annual financial statements and day to day accounting. Managing day to day office administration, overseeing visitors and employees and support visa applications.
Workload:50 - 60%
Contract: Contract and based on performance, evaluation after 6-9 months
Language:English (Fluent), Conversant with local languages like Portuguese, French, Spanish and German is a plus
Place of work:Sao Paulo, Brazil

Requirements
Basic Education: Education background in finance and accounts. HR Specialist Certificate or equivalent further training will be an added advantage
Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 Years in a similar role
Others: Knowledge of Brazil Employment law and social security system and regular accounting practices
