Controller capabilities are crucial for guiding the organization''s financial health, complying with accounting, regulatory, and tax requirements. Collaborate with the Accounting team, Regional Controllers, and Risk teams to develop compliant and precise financial reports generated automatically from source systems, with clear definitions and effective change management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for submission to regulatory authorities. Provide financial data and support during regulatory and financial audits. Assist the Regional Finance team with day-to-day oversight of legal entities, including analyzing financial results and ensuring financial controls are followed. Work with finance teams to ensure financial systems, controls, and processes meet regional requirements. Solid background in financial controlling, financial audit, financial reporting, or accounting. Familiarity with local accounting standards and strong knowledge of accounting principles. Experience working with large datasets and creating financial reports for complex organizations. Regular interaction with internal or external stakeholders, communicating reports, definitions, and requirements. Perfil desejávelAdvanced skills in financial reporting and analysis. Fluency in English. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to complete thorough tasks and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing your own workload. Ability to communicate complex financial issues clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Skilled at analyzing raw data beyond Excel and deriving insights. Good grasp of finance and accounting terminology, with an understanding of tax and regulatory frameworks.
