Resumo da Posição O Analista Pleno de Redes será responsável pela operação, manutenção e evolução da infraestrutura de redes da empresa, assegurando alta disponibilidade, desempenho e segurança dos serviços.
Atuará de forma colaborativa com equipes multidisciplinares de TI, contribuindo para a resolução de problemas técnicos e a melhoria contínua dos ambientes de rede.
Responsabilidades Gestão de Redes Realizar o monitoramento proativo da infraestrutura de rede, identificando e solucionando falhas, além de propor melhorias para garantir estabilidade e eficiência operacional.
Suporte Técnico Prestar suporte técnico de segundo e terceiro nível em incidentes relacionados à rede, incluindo atendimento a chamados envolvendo produtos de interconexão e conectividade.
Colaboração e Treinamento Interagir com outras áreas de TI para assegurar a integração entre sistemas e serviços.
Contribuir com a capacitação de profissionais menos experientes, promovendo boas práticas e padrões técnicos.
Requisitos Formação superior completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
Vivência em administração de redes.
Conhecimento em protocolos de rede como TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF.
Experiência com tecnologias de rede como switches, roteadores e firewalls.
Certificações como CCNA, CCNP ou CompTIA Network+ serão consideradas um diferencial.
Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento e análise de tráfego.
Idiomas Inglês fluente (obrigatório) Espanhol (desejável) Modelo de Trabalho Híbrido, com presença física duas vezes por semana no escritório localizado na R.
