What you need.
Solid full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing senior-level roles.
Strong online sourcing skills using global tools and platforms.
Data-driven mindset — using metrics to make things better, not just report them.
Hands-on experience using AI (ChatGPT, automations, etc.) to speed up and improve recruiting.
Move fast, adapt faster.
Fluent English.
Killer communication and stakeholder management skills.
Curiosity, adaptability, and zero attachment to “how it’s always been done.” \ Final note.
