Bank Assurance Analyst - About the Role: Based in São Paulo, your role will be to act as an intermediary between clients, brokers, and the insurer, playing a crucial role in a dynamic environment that demands flexibility and proactivity. The main responsibilities include: Develop and manage distribution channels: Identify and seize market opportunities for the expansion of the solution portfolio. Prospecting and maintaining clients: Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and brokers, promoting loyalty and sustainable growth. Proposal analysis and submission: Assist in the preliminary analysis of submissions in the company's business lines, presenting competitive proposals. Visits to brokers, clients, and branches: Conduct regular visits to build and foster solid and long-lasting relationships. Collaboration with internal stakeholders: Work together with various company departments to develop strategies and implement business initiatives. Market analysis: Monitor and report on market developments, providing strategic advice on trends and innovations. Knowledge of the insurance market: Stay up-to-date with the legislation and regulations of the Brazilian insurance market, as well as the activities of brokers and competitors. About the Team: Company is living a great moment, on a fast growth pace. You will be part of the sales team, working closely with our JV partner branches. Our team is composed by highly motivated people spread out throughout the country will have you as a colleague. The position will involve joining this team and contributing to the rapid development, integrating a team that works together for the constant development of knowledge, relationships, and management. About You: You possess strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively. You are enthusiastic about new ideas, enjoy challenges, and are eager to explore new experiences and opportunities. University degree in Engineering/Administration/Economics/Agronomy or possibly co-related degrees. Experience in the sector (Insurance Companies: carrier/broker ; Banking). High level network/contacts in insurance market. Team spirit and strong sales and commercial drive. Ability to work independent with entrepreneurial mind-set. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Having a good understanding in statistics/Excel/Power Point, Power BI. Experience in people and channel management, conducting meetings. Availability for travel: Be available for frequent travel as needed to meet the responsibilities of the role.
