**Requirements:**- Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator, with solid
knowledge in team management and operational processes.- Desirable experience
with Social Media for a complete approach to operations.- Mastery of Call Center
Operational Indicators, with ability to analyze and optimize results.-
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is desirable.-
Availability to work in person in Lapa/SP.- Advanced or fluent English.
**Responsibilities:**- Lead operational teams to ensure the efficiency and
quality of services provided.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize
processes and achieve goals.- Monitor and analyze performance indicators,
