Principais responsabilidades:
Support a team responsible for billing operations in both Brazil and the United States.Analyze financial data and create reports.Oversee new projects, and develop solutions and improvements.Monitor internal accounting and audit teams to ensure the proper closing of billing orders for external clients.Track customer transactions to ensure proper entries or adjustments in the company’s ERP systems.Develop and implement comprehensive debt recovery strategies.Set departmental goals aligned with company financial objectives.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Develop and maintain financial models.Monitor KPIs such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and recovery rates.

Requisitos técnicos:
MUST HAVE:Hands-on & Proactivity (attitude is a must!)Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas.Experience issuing invoices and tax receipts.Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or credit management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Hands-on profile for closing turnover periods.Strong results orientation and deadline compliance.Attention to detail and analytical mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proactive and autonomous in task execution.Advanced Excel skills.Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.Experience with financial systems such as Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar.USA Bank operations knowledge.Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).NICE TO HAVE:Organizational skills;Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.Autonomy and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines;Resilience to work in a dynamic environment;Fast learner with a dynamic personality
