In one sentence As a Billing Software Engineer, you will work in Billing support group within our Operations team.
The Billing Engineer will work with SQL, Python and Unix technologies, mainly handling incidents using ITIL framework and developing automations in production system.
What will your job look like? Oversee and ensure the integrity of production systems daily to guarantee timely delivery of billing services.
Handle incidents using the ITIL framework to maintain operational stability.
Contribute to Python development for system enhancements and automation.
Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance system reliability.
Provide technical support for production, ensuring seamless operations.
Collaborate on high availability.
All you need is...
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
C++ or Java is a plus Intermediate proficiency in Python.
Intermediate to Advanced skills in SQL, including SQL query tuning.
Intermediate proficiency in Unix/Linux.
Demonstrated continuous improvement profile.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Mandatory flexibility to work any shift or day of the week, including holidays.
