About the Function.
Experience.
Robust background in strategic procurement within the beverage industry, especially in high-volume production environments, with proven expertise in Ready to Drink (RTD) and Third Party Operations (TPOs).
Market Knowledge.
Deep understanding of the Latin American beverage market, particularly Diageo’s operations in Brazil and neighboring regions, with insight into market dynamics and supply chain complexities.
Analytical Skills.
Exceptional analytical abilities to evaluate supplier performance, market trends, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost savings, and innovation through value engineering.
Communication and Negotiation.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, enabling the building and maintenance of strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, enhancing business partnerships.
Project Management.
Proven project management expertise with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives, driving strategic change, and delivering business impact aligned with global and local priorities.
