Change Management and Communications Specialist - VIE Contract Location.
Brazil, Sao Paulo Target start date.
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job As a Change Management and Communications Specialist VIE within our Global Supply Chain team, you will support the Change & Communication Lead in deploying our strategic Change Management & Communication Roadmap.
You'll help drive successful transformations across our global operations while developing valuable expertise in pharmaceutical supply chain.
Ready to make an impact? You will be based in Brazil, working within Sanofi's Global Supply Chain function, which is a critical component of the Manufacturing & Supply organization.
Our team is at the forefront of implementing the Global Supply Chain Modernization.
The Global Supply Chain Change & Communication team works closely with supply chain leaders, digital transformation experts, and operational teams across multiple sites and countries.
We operate in a dynamic, international environment where communication plays a vital role in ensuring successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
The team combines expertise in change management, communication, and supply chain operations to drive engagement and adoption of new ways of working.

Main responsibilities.
Deployment of the communication plan.
definition of key messages tailored to the audience, definition of the most adapted communication channels, production & editing of communication pieces (infographics, short videos, newsletters).
Preparation of relevant presentations and onboarding sessions.
Coordination with relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring good communication and consistency across stakeholders.
Preparation and implementation of Change Actions.
Basic follow-up of project management to ensure key milestones are met.
About you Experience.
Experience and interest in communication, change management or social/behavioural sciences.
Basic knowledge of Supply Chain / Industrial & Manufacturing topics will be valued.
Soft and Technical skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and video editing tools.
Curiosity, creative, and excited to deploy a powerful change management plan.
Solid project management skills and strong attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to navigate in a context with different types of stakeholders and level of seniority.
Education.
Master’s degree in Communications, Human Resources or related field.
Languages.
Fluent English (written and verbal).
French or Spanish would be a plus.
