What You'll Do Manage 5–7 client accounts (primarily DTC eCommerce) from onboarding to quarterly strategy reviews Act as a strategic partner for clients — anticipating needs, solving problems, and offering insights Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and technical strategists to deliver high-quality work Review Klaviyo campaigns, QA assets, and translate data into actionable recommendations Track performance and prepare concise, results-focused reports Who You Are 1+ year managing client accounts or projects (agency and eCommerce background preferred) Excellent written and verbal English skills Proactive and dependable — you own your work from start to finish Comfortable with Klaviyo, Slack, Google Workspace, Trello/Notion — or a fast learner Able to work 3–4 hours/day within CET core hours (10am–2pm or 3pm–7pm CET) Bonus Points Experience with email marketing strategy or content creation Comfortable interpreting data and communicating insights You know how to stay on top of things without needing hand-holding Why You’ll Love It Here Real ownership over your projects and growth path Learning stipend and leadership-track opportunities A Supportive, smart, and creative team How to Apply Submit your application and answer the brief screening questions
