CONSULTING SERVICES ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the consulting services strategy for a set of strategic customers in the designated sector territory.
Working closely with our account executives and the technical presales, you will engage to understand customers needs and so.
develop the services strategy, map the key initiatives, and help to design the solution from the business perspective.
This includes also our Services portfolio offerings, like Training and Technical Account Managers (TAM).
ou will also work closely with our PMO and RMO stakeholders in order to drive the delivery of your territory, from the strategic and business perspective.
What you will do Work closely with the territory account teams in the account planning, helping to define the services strategy and guidance to approach your customers; Work closely with the account executives and technical presales in order to identify customers needs in terms of services for our solutions; Lead our technical team in order to build the services technical proposal, as well as the financial analyses that generates our pricing; Manage the territory opportunities forecast, providing regular status reports; Provide oversight to architects, consultants, and project managers, on the development of specific strategies and implementation plans related to project definition; Create solutions with considerations around gaps and risks, including the effective engagement of critical stakeholders; evaluate options like features, benefits, functionality, return on investment (ROI), total cost of ownership (TCO), risk, time to market, and enterprise alignment context and subsequently present, educate, and guide business teams in making better investment decisions Work closely with our services portfolio management team, helping to model our services standard offers, aligned with your territory needs; Provide oversight on projects to ensure alignment with corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements and industry standards; Display pragmatism in balancing short and long-term approaches and tradeoffs, taking into account business drivers.
What you will bring Bachelor's degree (master's degree in computer science, engineering or MBA are a plus) 5+ years of experience in consulting business, acting in architect or sales position; Ability to interpret customer needs (business and technical), providing adapted solutions; Deep knowledge of strategy development approaches with a multiyear outlook; Presentation skills and ability to lead business discussions; Facilitator skills and ability to orchestrate a technical team to build a solution; Build Relationships and Navigate Complex Connections are critical competencies, as this position needs to interface with Sales, Customer and Delivery in critical situations; Ability to write services proposal from the business perspective; Strong knowledge and understanding of Open Source culture; Fluent language skills in English; advanced Spanish is a big plus; Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
