About the Role
This is a full-time position for someone who sees coordination not just as a managerial task, but as a mission to empower teachers, engage families, and ensure meaningful learning journeys for every student.
Your Core Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor our teaching team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
• Supervise lesson planning, teaching practices, and ongoing professional development.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new teachers.
• Oversee students’ academic progress and ensure alignment between classroom practices and our pedagogical vision.
• Design and maintain the annual academic calendar, including special events, parents’ meetings, and project presentations.
• Collaborate in the creation and curation of meaningful, level-appropriate teaching materials.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide structured, constructive feedback (Quality Assurance).
• Support teachers with in-class assistance when needed.
• Meet with families, conduct level placement interviews, and help ensure a welcoming and inspiring learning environment for all.

• Brings experience in pedagogical leadership and/or teacher development.
• Is proactive, reliable, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Speaks English fluently and has academic or professional experience in language education.
• Has full-time availability and flexibility to work across different shifts if needed.
