This role is responsible for managing key client relationships and selling the bank’s products and services.
Supporting the day-to-day customer relationship demands on a banker’s role Facilitating interactions with new and existing clients Building relationships and operations where needed Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks Assistance in due diligence processes, in interaction with the areas of credit, registration, foreign exchange and derivatives desk, cash management and trade finance Skills You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian financial market and banking products Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams Fluency in Portuguese and English is required Skills That Will Help You Excel Experience in a Relationship Manager role CPA-20 certification Expectations It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Brazil office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model which means 4 days per week.
