With a focus on results and customer satisfaction, the consultant will act as a specialist, providing guidance on destinations, itineraries, packages, and cruise promotions.
This professional will be expected to build lasting customer relationships, offering high-quality consultative service and ensuring each interaction is unique and personalized.
Additionally, the role will involve achieving sales targets, contributing to company growth, and ensuring that customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

Offer MSC Cruises vacation packages to direct customers, using effective sales techniques and in-depth product knowledge.

Maintain contact with customers to provide exceptional experience.

Achieve monthly and annual sales goals and other defined performance indicators.
n * Contribute to the team.
Work collaboratively with team peers and partner areas, contributing to the company's sales strategy by creating effective relationships with other support departments.

Proven and solid track record of sales success and ability to achieve goals under pressure.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and dynamically.
n * Data analysis.
Ability to manage metrics and indicators to improve performance.
n * Excellence in service.
Focus on offering positive and high-quality experience to customers.
n\nYour Essentials\n\n* Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese.
Additional languages ​​will be a plus.
n * Academic background.
A degree in Tourism or related fields is also a plus here.
n * Technical knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
