As part of our team, you will be working on developing localization for S/4HANA to meet legal regulations and specific business processes for several countries.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS We are looking for someone who can.
•    Lead and develop a well-functioning development team working across multiple scrum teams.
Execute all aspects of people management, e.
.
plan and manage skill development, set appropriate goals and evaluate performance, coach and mentor team members.
•    Promote and nurture agile development methodologies within the team.
•    Facilitate and ensure high standards and performance within the scrum teams.
•    Performance management grounded in transparent goals and objectives, providing continuous feedback and delivering successful results.
•    Onboard and integrate multiple new hires effectively.
•    Collaborate closely with teams and management across other applications and locations.
EXPERIENCE (ROLE REQUIREMENTS)  The skillset and expectations are.
•    University degree or equivalent, with solid background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology  •    Willingness and ability to quickly acquire understanding in new areas, in business processes as well as in technologies.
•    At least 3 years of experience leading teams •    Fluent English •    Constructive and open style of communication •    Flexibility when dealing with other mentalities & cultures.
