You will prepare all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, etc.
You will actively manage monthly fast-close process.
You will create forecasts predicting future revenues and earnings.
You will compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
You will continuously improve financial, controlling and commercial processes.
You will manage the planning and forecasting process in close collaboration with the President, and other executives and managers.
You will act as a sparring partner to other managers.
You will review KPI’s and recommends actions as needed to achieve budgeted numbers.
You will be the main contact person for auditors, Corporate Center Accounting and Tax as well as auditors.
You will be responsible for the company's transfer pricing.
You will manage compliance and internal control systems.
You will manage department heads of Accounting and Controlling, (IT and Facility Management to be discussed).
You will work with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations.
Your profile.
You have a B.
.
degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
Your master’s in finance or MBA is a plus.
You have ten plus years of experience in financial management.
You have understanding of GAAPs (IFRS and / or US GAAP).
You are proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
You have strong skills in visualizing date/numbers (e.
.
in charts in PowerPoint).
Your experience at a software company is strongly preferred.
