About Our Client Our client is a recognized global organization, seeking a Director of Infrastructure and Real Estate to lead a strategic construction and asset development project in Northeastern Brazil.
This is a critical leadership role focused on the delivery of a major high-value project, with substantial investments already underway and a long-term vision for infrastructure expansion in the region.
Job Description Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects.
Represent the client across internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee licensing, budgeting, risk management, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and environmental standards.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and financial reporting.
Support local operations with facilities and service structure oversight.
Report directly to the national leadership, with a functional line to international headquarters.
The Successful Applicant We are looking for an experienced executive with a strong background in infrastructure and real estate projects in hospitality, entertainment or related sectors, ideally involving high-traffic or capital-intensive assets.
The candidate must have a proven track record of leading projects from the client side, managing delivery in complex stakeholder environments.
In addition to strong technical expertise, the role requires a hands-on, pragmatic leader with strategic thinking, a sense of ownership, and the ability to drive execution with autonomy.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
