Job Description We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented person — someone with a high degree of autonomy and a broad understanding of business and finance.
The individual will create and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders.
Process layout and optimization people? This is where you belong!   What you will do in this role.
Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends, and plans; Review and analyze operational and renewal data.
Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making; Participate in regional process improvement initiatives; Demonstrate thought leadership around Sales, Marketing, and CS data processes and operations; Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization - we're a global company after all.
Qualifications  What makes you a strong fit.
Experience with Sales/Customer Success; Extensive usage of HubSpot; Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies; English proficiency - you'll use it daily! Experience working in agile environments.

Have experience in tech companies/startups (especially SaaS B2B for SMBs); Possess strong SQL skills; Have interacted with  Salesforce; Reside in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro.
