Dry Care & Treats Product Process Deployment Specialist - Your next challenge? Reporting to our Product Process Deployment Jr.
Manager, this role is dedicated to lead and deliver medium to large projects in the identified pipeline for Product and Technology Development/Implementation of a new Process and Raw Materials in the sites (either Dry or Care & Treats technologies).
This person will maintain our portfolio of existing products by ensuring consistent delivery against key quality attributes, product performance and quality targets.
Significant collaboration is expected with associates that belong to Quality, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Â Engineering and Planning.
This is a hybrid position, based in Mogi Mirim, with one visit required per month to our Campinas site.
In this role, you'll...
Accountable and Responsible for design, translation, and implementation of Innovation, Renovation and COGS Prime related projects, delivering products and/or processes to ensure key quality attributes and performance (nutrition, palatability, BEP) in line with defined targets.
Responsible for Project management including technical leadership for business projects with a medium to high complexity from product brief until factory handover and r esponsible for updating technical project progress on time in full in the defined platforms.
Responsible of the definition and execution for different projects.
trial development validation plan, experimental setup, trial execution and data analysis, to quantify key process equipment parameters and fundamental production processes at factory scale.
Accountable and responsible of the creation and delivery of specifications, standard running conditions and Level 1 troubleshooting information to achieve product attribute targets and ensure superior product quality and food safety.
You? At least 3+ years of experience in research & development in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelorâs Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or adjacent.
Proven experience in conducting innovation projects including implementation activities.
Impact of raw materials in nutrition/product KQAs/product performance/process capabilities.
Knowledge about Q&FS in food or pet food industry.
Advanced English required.
