oeing Brazil Engineering is seeking a high performing Electrical, Electronics Systems Engineering Manager to join this talented and fast paced team, reporting to the Senior Manager for Mods and Conversions at the Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil location.
he manager will build, lead and inspire a group of employees performing engineering, technical, and regulatory tasks that provide engineering solutions for the Boeing Global Services commercial modifications business units and global design centersThe position includes responsibility for developing and executing project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures, setting operational goals for the team, and acquiring financial and technical resources.
This role includes a significant level of mentoring, developing, and motivating direct reports.
n addition to managing current work statement, this position will grow the capability and capacity of the team by building a talent pipeline, knowledge management, and networking with international partners.

oordinates engagement with BGS engineering counterparts located at USA, Long Beach site, and international partners.
cquires resources for projects and processes, including budget and staffing.
rovides technical and project oversight of suppliers.
evelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
rovides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
rovides oversight and approval of approaches to compliance with regulatory requirements and certification processes.
eads and fosters process improvements, and inspire the team forward on their Lean Journey.
