escrição da vagaRealizar o suporte de 3 nível administrando ferramentas de MDM Device manager como SCCM e Intune;Fazer a gestão de imagens customizada do sistema operacional (Windows) para distribuição e utilização dentro de organizações;Gerenciar o ambiente Windows da Microsoft e fazer o troubleshooting do sistema operacional;Automatizar tarefas dentro do sistema operacional Windows para que estas possam ser executadas de forma remota;Atuar nas operações de serviços de segurança contra falhas na respectiva região, resolver problemas complexos escalados pelas equipes de suporte de nível 1, nível 2 e nível 3, bem como partes interessadas internas;Administrar incidentes graves na respectiva região, escalonamentos de fornecedores e comunicações regionais de stakeholders;Atuar em complexas mudanças de infraestrutura gerenciadas de acordo com o processo e evitando interrupções nos negócios;Gerenciar as respectivas relações externas de serviços de fornecedores, melhoria e Desenvolvimento de Serviços;Estar atento para fazer descobertas proativamente de oportunidades de melhoria de serviços e atividades atribuídas à área;Atuar em projetos regionais e apoiar os projetos complexos com expertise funcional;Gerenciar recursos externos de projetos.
erfil desejado Conhecimento em Patching do Windows, Implantação de aplicativos;Conhecimento em Microsoft e diretório ativo do Azure;Experiência em ferramentas de MDM Device manager como Microsoft SCCM e Intune, ou outras;Conhecimento em Windows PowerShell e scripting;Inglês fluente.
