About the Role We are looking for a Senior Business Optimization Lead to join our team and play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business impact.
This role requires a proactive, hands-on with strong interpersonal and analytical skills who can connect data insights to strategic objectives and support business growth through process excellence.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, recommend optimizations, and implement innovative solutions that increase value, improve client satisfaction, and enhance operational performance.
What You'll Do Lead business process optimization initiatives across departments using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Translate complex data insights into strategic actions that align with business goals.
Design and implement automation solutions to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
Manage and mitigate risks across multiple ongoing projects.
Establish performance indicators and continuously track, report, and improve key metrics.
Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, foster alignment, and ensure satisfaction.
Act as a business partner to leaders by providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Proven experience in process optimization and strategic business transformation roles.
Solid knowledge and application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certification is a plus).
Strong project management skills, including risk analysis and mitigation.
Excellent analytical mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to influence stakeholders.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Demonstrated ability to drive automation and use technology to streamline operations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align operational initiatives with broader company goals.
Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset.
