About the Role We are seeking a Senior Business Optimization Consultant to join our team and play a strategic role in connecting data, technology, and business operations to drive process improvement and business performance.
This professional will work closely with multiple functions, such as Executive, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation teams, providing actionable insights, building dashboards, and helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly analytical, with strong technical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic actions that generate measurable value.
What You'll Do Build and manage dashboards and KPIs for all FBS-related projects, including Executive, TA, Compensation, and others.
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across various business areas.
Translate insights into concrete recommendations aligned with company strategy.
Automate processes and workflows through the use of programming languages and database knowledge.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align goals and drive cross-functional optimization initiatives.
Act as a bridge between technical capabilities and strategic business needs.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, data literacy, and operational excellence.
Proven experience in business optimization, data analysis, or strategic consulting roles.
Strong knowledge of databases and programming languages applied to automation and process improvement (e.
., SQL, Python, R, etc.).
Experience building dashboards and performance indicators using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Ability to connect data insights to strategic business goals and influence decisions.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven profile.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
