Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Advanced expertise in UX design, interaction design, research methods, and design systems.
Insurance background required Proven experience driving UX strategy and vision within complex projects or programs.
Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Ability to operate confidently within ambiguity and bring clarity to complex problem spaces.
Deep knowledge of user-centered research methods and their application to both strategy and execution.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.
., Figma) and research platforms.
Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others in UX best practices.
Experience in B2B, enterprise software, or SaaS environments.
