FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS SPECIALIST

Financial Planning And Analysis Specialist - This professional will play a strategic role in financial planning, performance monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting, delivering analyses that will support business decision-making across all levels of the organization. We are looking for a candidate with solid corporate finance experience, strong technical expertise, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a drive to contribute directly to business results. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Develop and maintain robust financial models to support short- and long-term financial projections. Partner with sales and operations teams to drive revenue and margin planning and execution. Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts/budgets, transforming complex financial data into clear and actionable business insights. Conduct in-depth profitability, cost, operational performance, and key financial metrics analyses. Prepare management reports and executive presentations, ensuring clarity, objectivity, and strong visual impact. Act as a business partner to various departments, providing analytical support and financial recommendations to optimize performance and identify improvement opportunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A processes, including automation, advanced analytics, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in financial operations. Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance is a strong plus. Solid experience in FP&A, financial planning, controlling, or corporate finance. Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI and CO modules); experience with SAP BPCor S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable. Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, dynamic analysis) and strong PowerPoint capabilities for preparing high-level executive presentations. Fluent English (spoken and written), with the ability to operate in a global business environment. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize and communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences. Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools applied to finance, with a focus on innovation and process optimization. Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work across different hierarchical levels with a strong results orientation.
