Objectives/Purpose Identifies automation opportunities, secures L2 SME and approvals, prepares implementation plans (including prerequisites, dependencies, and risk assessments) publishes to stakeholders, and guides developers in developing the BOTs Updates stakeholders with regular, detailed status reports on BOT development and deployment Works with dependent teams to obtain deployment approvals, drives gate reviews, monitors BOT performance, and takes corrective actions wherever required Accountabilities Responsible to drive Tech.

As a Global Sub Chapter Lead, works with the Global stakeholders to explore/identify automation use cases across Gen AI, Agentic AI implementation Ensure upskilling self the team to develop the automation skillsets in the team Meet the DD&T ICSS goals for Agentic AI path/roadmap Education, Behavioral Competences and Skills Degree, majoring in Computer Science/Information Systems, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience and overall 10+ years of experience Hands on experience on Microsoft Co Pilot, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, ServiceNow ITOM,  Generative AI, Open API, Prompt Engineering, NLP What Takeda Can Offer You  Takeda is certified as a Top Employer, not only in India, but also globally.
