Leverage a user-centric development approach to de-risk product development, enabling faster test and learn cycles.
Own the design team health in your line - adapt and evolve ways of working within line to ensure a happy and engaged team.
Enabling a culture of trust, collaboration, feedback and creativity to thrive.
Design the design team inside the line, ensuring the right skills and people necessary for the line to succeed (including hiring and identifying training and upskill needs).
Coordinate to ensure appropriate coverage of projects and teams, allocating people and effort according to priorities and impact.
Support and develop your team, creating opportunities for growth and addressing performance issues promptly.

Have solid Product Design experience, proven by cases or portfolio that demonstrate your process and decision making.
Have a proven track record of turning customer needs into innovative ideas and user-friendly designs for developer tools.
Have proven experience leading multidisciplinary product design teams and are passionate about helping people to grow and develop their careers.
Have the ability to influence and inspire others towards a customer-focused, data-driven approach to design and development.
Have exceptional storytelling and communication skills, able to articulate and connect design decisions to business outcomes to different audiences.
