About the Area.
Responsibilities of a Mobile Software Engineer.
You will work on building and maintaining the interfaces for QuintoAndar's products.
Currently, iOS and Android are very important platforms for us, and we intend to significantly expand our presence here using Flutter as the main engine to build apps that provide amazing experiences for our customers.
Defining best practices, building features from scratch, validating tools, and helping us deliver incredible user experiences are part of the daily routine.
It’s worth mentioning that our focus on quality leads us to adopt the best software engineering practices.
Work in a diverse and multidisciplinary team, closely participating in the entire process of delivering a feature, from brainstorming and collaborating with designers to designing the architecture of both mobile and backend solutions, coding, and deploying to production.

We built our application from a monorepo in Flutter, filled with scripts and rules in the pipeline to ensure best practices in an environment where more than 10 teams work on features for owners, tenants, buyers, and people just looking for properties.
We implemented our Design System in Flutter, allowing for cohesive interface building that reinforces, recalls, and leverages our Brand.
We learned and applied Atomic Design patterns and learned to systematize the interfaces we built.
We developed an app for Future Tenants and Buyers, used by millions of users in various cities across Brazil.
This app is a market reference in user experience.
We structurally optimized the experience of our property search map, and we demonstrably delivered a better experience and more conversions through systematic monitoring of quality and performance metrics.
What we are looking for.
A passion for designing, implementing, and delivering amazing user experiences.
Experience developing applications for Android and/or iOS platforms (Flutter, React Native, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective C).
Experience using APIs to build data-rich products.
Experience in building and deploying consumer-oriented products.
Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering.
Interest in learning and using Flutter to build cross-platform mobile applications.
You'll stand out if you.
You have developed large and cross-platform applications in Flutter.
You write fluently and have experience with End to End and Integration testing.
You are capable of reading and writing code in React.
You have developed complex mobile applications in a company with multiple teams and have contributed to how these teams build applications.
You have experience optimizing the performance of mobile applications.
You have built applications and tools that handle high complexity notifications and CRM workflows.
You are knowledgeable in computer science theory, including algorithm optimization, data structures, and distributed systems.
You are flexible and willing to take risks in learning and developing in other programming languages.
