About Tech Lead Manager responsibilities at QuintoAndar At QuintoAndar, the Technical Lead Manager (TLM) role begins at the Senior Software Engineer level and bridges both technical leadership and people management.
TLMs are responsible for setting the technical direction, ensuring high-quality execution, and managing their team's career development and priorities.

While TLMs have a more focused management scope compared to traditional managers at the same level, they remain a core part of the technical track.
