HEAD OF PAS-X MES PRODUCT DESIGN (M/W/D)

Your role in the team.
People Management.
As Head of Department (HoD) in the Product Department, you will be responsible for leading, developing and supervising a team of Product Owners and a team of UX/UI experts, ensuring that they can develop to their full potential.
In addition, you will also plan staffing needs.
Shaping the future of Product Owners and UX/UI.
Besides people management you will be shaping the way of working and the processes for the Product Owners and the UX/UI team, serving as their mentor and guide.

As a leader, you will help create a productive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, trust, and a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Achieving cluster goals and milestones.
You will be responsible for shaping the future of all PAS-X Products and will be instrumental in setting the goals and milestones for your teams and ensuring that they are successfully achieved.
Coordination with stakeholders.
You will work closely with other executives, product management, the software development unit and directors to ensure that Product goals are aligned with corporate objectives.
You serve as an honorable representative of the department, fostering valuable relationships with customers and colleagues.
Escalation authority.
You are the central point of contact for resolving problems and challenges that are escalated by your teams.
Inter Cluster Communication.
Together with the other Product HoDs, you further develop the collaboration in product and thus set the course for a successful future of our product PAS-X.
Budget, controlling, reporting.
You manage the budget for your teams, monitor the costs, and create regular reports.
Qualifications.
You have a university degree or similar.
