HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT COORDINATOR

Health Safety Environment Coordinator - Youll implement EHS programs across offices, currier centers, and other while adapting to our dynamic growth. This role is critical to protecting employees, minimizing environmental impact, and ensuring compliance as we expand in Brazil. Key Responsibilities 1. Workplace Safety & Compliance Conduct risk assessments for offices and currier centers. Ensure compliance with local regulations (e. g. , Brazils NRs). Manage incident reporting and lead root-cause analyses for near-misses/injuries. 2. Training & Culture Deliver engaging EHS training (e. g. , emergency evacuations, ergonomics for engineers). Promote a safety-first culture through campaigns and employee feedback channels. Train office managers and leads as EHS champions . 3. Vendor & Contractor Safety Vet third-party vendors (e. g. , cleaning crews, construction teams) for EHS compliance. Monitor contractor safety during office build-outs or data center expansions. ) 4. Scaling Support Adapt EHS programs for new offices and branches. Collaborate with People Ops to onboard employees in new markets . Qualifications Education & Certifications Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering , or related field. Preferred certifications: OSHA 30 (General Industry) First Aid/CPR ISO 45001/14001 Auditor (optional) Experience Experience in EHS roles , preferably in similar business Experience with: Incident investigation techniques (e. g. , 5 Whys). EHS management software''s Skills Adaptability : Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments. Communication : Simplifies complex regulations for non-EHS teams.
