Join the home for entrepreneurs!     Your role in our team You will implement company culture, values and policies You will grow workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates You will promote employee advancement/ employee recognition efforts You will advocate for employee retention and development (maintain and improve apprenticeship program).
You will manage data entry and maintenance of employee records You will manage New Hire Orientation Process You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues You will participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions You will manage other duties as assigned   Your profile You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related discipline.
You have at least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution.
You have experience working with a diverse workforce.
Your experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Your experience working in a printing environment is preferred.
Your payroll experience is preferred.
Your bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) skill is preferred.
You are decisive and self-confident.
You maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
You demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.
You remain flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment.
You have excellent time-management, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
You work accurately with close attention to detail.
You possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality, and accuracy.
You exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor.
You have basic computer skills, including e-mail, EXCEL, Word processing.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce, and resource personnel internal and external.
