Job Title.
Human Resources - Logistics Company Location.
Florianopolis Responsibilities.
1.
Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Recruit, select, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline and establish relationships with potential candidates.
2.
Employee Onboarding.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
- Facilitate the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
3.
Employee Relations.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
4.
Performance Management.
- Administer performance appraisal processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.
- Provide support in handling performance-related issues.
5.
Policy Development and Compliance.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and ensure company compliance.
- Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
6.
Training and Development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Support employee development initiatives and career pathing.
7.
HR Administration.
- Manage and maintain employee records.
- Handle day-to-day HR tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
