Responsabilidades:
- Realizar prospecção ativa para identificar e engajar potenciais clientes.
- Gerenciar e qualificar leads gerados por iniciativas de marketing.
- Estabelecer o primeiro contato e desenvolver relacionamentos com prospects por meio de chamadas telefônicas e reuniões virtuais.
- Entender as necessidades dos clientes e oferecer soluções adequadas dos nossos produtos/serviços.
- Manter um pipeline de vendas organizado e atualizar informações no CRM.
- Atingir e superar metas de vendas mensais.
- Participar de treinamentos e desenvolver conhecimentos sobre produtos/serviços e mercado.
Requisitos do trabalho
Requisitos:
- Experiência prévia em vendas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
- Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado.
- Conhecimento de CRM e ferramentas de automação de vendas.
- Proatividade e capacidade de aprender rapidamente.
- Conhecimento de Excel é um diferencial.
