Requires strong aesthetic sense, knowledge of materials and space, and ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Up-to-date vision on design trends and sustainability is essential. Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple interior design projects at various stages of development, ensuring alignment with brand standardsCollaborate with VP of Interior Architecture to align hotel/partner aspirationsDocument each project phase to ensure proper billingReview potential projects with development teams to facilitate contract signingConduct site visits and inspections to ensure design quality and brand compliancePrepare and present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholdersCoordinate with other departments (IT, Operations, F&B) to ensure integrated design solutionsImplement design strategies for specific hotel brandsMentor junior team members and guide complex design challengesLead design workshops and brainstorming sessions for brand evolutionQualificationsA solid experience in interior architecture or design, preferably in the hospitality sectorKnowledge of hotel design standards and trendsSignificant experience in managing multiple hotel projects at various stages of developmentKnowledge of technical aspects related to F&B&E and FF&E industriesUnderstanding of financial constraints and profitability indicators in the hotel contextDesirable proficiency in Architectural Design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to develop creative design conceptsStrong project management and budgeting skillsExcellent visual communication and presentation abilitiesConstruction knowledge, including building codes and regulationsFluent in Portuguese, English, and advanced Spanish. The person must be available to travel 50% of the time.
