• English fluency is mandatory
• Experience with test automation for Back-end and Front-end (Web and Client-Server architectures)
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases to ensure the excellence of developed systems. The role operates in a collaborative environment focused on innovation, quality, and continuous process improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and update test cases based on technical requirements
• Review requirements for completeness, clarity, and correctness
• Apply test design techniques (e.g., Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Tables, State Transition, Use Cases)
• Select and prioritize test cases for automation and/or regression
• Execute tests, record results, and document defects with evidence
• Automate testing processes using approved tools
• Perform exploratory testing based on internal system knowledge
• Communicate test results to the Test Lead
• Produce daily test reports and suggest improvements to QA processes
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a technology-related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in test automation for Web and Client-Server applications
• Knowledge of testing for desktop applications (e.g., Delphi)
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#)
• Understanding of modern development practices such as Agile, DevOps, TDD
• Analytical mindset, collaborative attitude, and interest in test development and automation
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Location: Indaiatuba/SP
Advanced and/or fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves working with international teams
