JUNIOR BUSINESS AND FINANCE CONSULTANT

Junior Business And Finance Consultant - The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, accounting, and Brazilian taxation, with strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:Manage compliance with local tax, accounting, payroll, hiring regulations, and import tax laws for clients. Provide expert guidance on financial and tax regulations, including corporate taxes, payroll, and import taxes, assisting international clients in establishing and expanding their business in Brazil. Oversee financial management tasks such as cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure client financial stability and goal achievement. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective strategies related to finance and compliance. Monitor legal and regulatory changes, offering proactive advice to maintain compliance. Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, accurate reporting, and alignment with client objectives. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, tax, and import compliance, including project management, financial analysis, and regulatory adherence. Strong knowledge of local tax laws, payroll compliance, employment regulations, and import taxes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Experience with financial software such as Microsoft Navision, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
