You’ll write production code, influence architectural decisions, and mentor other engineers as we grow. A day in the life might include:Scoping a new customer feature with the product teamPairing with another engineer on a tricky bugReviewing PRs and sharing feedbackBuilding out a scalable backend service or dashboardDeploying to production and monitoring performanceYou’ll also:Lead technical initiatives from design to deliveryDrive architectural decisions and best practicesTackle performance and scalability challengesGuide and mentor other developersCollaborate across teams to ship fast and iterate quickly What We’re Looking For6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior-level roleStrong full-stack skills (we’re flexible on exact languages/frameworks)A deep understanding of software design, performance optimization, and testingComfort navigating across frontend, backend, and infrastructureSolid database skills (SQL + familiarity with non-relational systems)Great communication skills and the ability to work independentlyA collaborative, humble approach—you value the team as much as the techBonus points for experience in marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or remote teams.
